How do I sign up for Online and Mobile Banking?

A: To get you started with It’sMe247 online banking, which also will give you access to our Mobile Banking service, you need to contact our Member Support Department at 219-787-8049 or 800-537-8386, option 2. They will get the ball rolling for you. We have you call for security purposes.

How do I make online payments for my vehicle loan?

A: Currently we do not have the capability to accept payments online. However, there are three ways you can make your payments:

By Contacting Us

  • Call us monthly, near your due date, and make electronic payments through your primary financial institution.
  • Set automatic, recurring electronic payments through your primary financial institution. Request a “Recurring Payment Authorization Form” to get the process started.

Through Your Primary Financial Institution

  • If they have bill pay, set us up as a payee.
  • Schedule your loan with monthly recurring electronic payments. You will need to provide your Allegius’ account number, loan suffix number, and our routing and transit number (271290351).

Using a Credit Union Shared Branch Location

  • Stop by a shared branch nearest you. The link to over 5,000 nationwide locations is: www.cucenters.com. You will need to provide your Allegius’ account number, loan suffix number, and identification.

How do I reset my PIN for Online Banking?

A: Contact our Member Support Department at 219-787-8049 or 800-537-8386, option 2, and ask for an online banking PIN reset. Sorry for the inconvenience but we have you call for security purposes.

Is it possible to have a second personal checking account with the one that I have now?

Yes you can have a second checking account with us. As a primary account holder, you are allowed one Kasasa checking account but you can have multiple “In Control” checking accounts. You can apply at any Allegius branch or apply online here.
