Important Update: Changes to Our Loan Payment System
Our payment processing system is being updated on June 22. Please review the upcoming changes below, as they may require you to update your saved payment preferences.
What is Changing?
- Credit Cards: We will no longer accept credit cards for any payments.
- Debit Cards: Can still be used for one-time payments only.
- ACH (Bank Transfer): Both one-time and recurring payments can be made using your bank account and routing numbers.

Action Required for Recurring Payments
Do you have an active recurring payment set up with a credit or debit card? To avoid any payment interruptions, please log into your account and update your payment method to ACH (Bank Routing and Account Number) as soon as possible. Going forward, ACH is the only accepted method for automated, recurring payments.

You Will Need
- Allegius member number
- Allegius three-digit loan number
- To get the loan number:
- See your statement
- Log into online or mobile banking
- Call 219-787-8049 or 800-537-8386, and enter option 2
- To get the loan number:
- Primary member’s date of birth
Payment Options
- Debit card (for a small convenience fee)
- Cards accepted for payments are:
- Visa® debit only
- Mastercard® debit
- Cards accepted for payments are:
- Checking or savings account from another financial institution (free of charge)
- Routing and account number required
Data Entry
Enter your Allegius’ member number and three-digit loan account number with no spaces (i.e., 12345678 for 12345-678).
Enter date of birth, as “year month day” with no spaces (i.e., 19900815 for August 15, 1990).
Important Information
When choosing a payment date, it must be at least 2 days before payment due date.
If payments are coming from an Allegius checking, savings or debit card, please use Allegius’ online or mobile banking services.
Mortgage payments are not eligible with this service. Please read on for instructions to make mortgage payments online.

Make mortgage payments online.
If you have a mortgage through Allegius, you can make loan payments through the Midwest Loan Services website. Please review the following details to get started:
- First time users will need to click on the “Register” option to set up your account
- Have your MLS (Midwest Loan Services) loan number
- Complete the “Secure Registration Form”
- Ensure your password is secure and easy to remember for future access
- Click on “Contacts” option with any questions
After registering and setting up your account, future access can be directly made at the “Login” page.
