    • Your home credit union's name

    • Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., state driver's license, US passport)

New Shared Branch Identity Protection

We are excited to introduce IDCheck, a new ID verification tool for Shared Branch transactions when visiting another state. This upgrade helps credit unions make sure it is you trying to access your account, and not an imposter. 

Starting May 1, 2025, members using a Shared Branch in another state to complete a withdrawal will need to authenticate themselves in the branch with a one-time passcode. Upon arrival at the branch scan the QR code or visit https://verify.coop.org to get your access code. 

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Search for Allegius FCU.
  2. Enter your Member Number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
  3. Submit a photo of the front of your valid, government issued ID. 
  4. Submit a photo of the back of your valid, government issued ID. 
  5. Take a selfie for identity verification.
  6. Receive your access code (valid for 20 minutes).
  7. Inform the Teller of your access code and proceed with your transaction as normal.
