We have been made aware of fraudulent calls being made to members seemingly from the credit union. These calls use a spoofed phone number to make it appear as if Allegius is contacting you.
To protect your account, please remember:
- We will never directly contact you to ask for your PIN, password, login codes, full card number, or to change your direct deposit.
- Verify the source. If you receive a phone call that feels suspicious, do not provide the caller with any information.
- When in doubt, hang up. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be from Allegius asking for sensitive information, end the contact immediately. Please contact us through our official phone number, visit our website, or stop by a branch.
